Can I watch my cameras on my phone?
Yes. Every system we install can be set up for secure remote viewing on Android and iOS phones, tablets and computers, so you can watch live video, play back recordings and receive alerts from anywhere with an internet connection.
Will the cameras work at night?
Yes. We install infrared night-vision cameras that see in complete darkness, and full-colour night-vision models that keep footage in colour in low light. We choose the right option for each location.
Where is the footage stored, and for how long?
Footage is recorded on a surveillance-grade NVR/DVR hard drive on site, with optional secure cloud backup. How long recordings are kept depends on the number of cameras, resolution and storage size — we size the storage to match the retention period you need.
What happens during a power or internet outage?
Cameras keep recording locally on the NVR/DVR even if the internet goes down. For power cuts, we can add UPS battery backup or solar power so the system stays online.
Can you upgrade or extend my existing CCTV system?
Often, yes. We assess your current cameras, recorder and cabling, then recommend whether to extend, upgrade or replace parts of the system — reusing what still works where possible.
